Social Responsibility
Tournament for the Angels Team
In remembrance and tribute to the Gazimağusa TMK students and teachers who tragically lost their lives in the earthquake disaster in Turkey, Levent College organized a tournament in honour of the Angels Team. The school council took the initiative to bring the community together and pay homage to their memory. The tournament encompassed football, basketball, and volleyball matches, which saw spirited competition and sportsmanship among the participants.Following the exciting matches, the school administration presented awards to the victorious teams, acknowledging their achievement. However, the true essence of the event lay in its philanthropic purpose. The entire proceeds generated from the tournament fees were donated to the Angels Team Remembrance Association on behalf of Levent College. This act of generosity aimed to support the organization and preserve the memory of those who were lost.
The overwhelming participation and solidarity exhibited by our students throughout the event once again highlighted the compassion and unity within our school community. We take great pride in the heartfelt contributions made by our students, demonstrating their commitment to honouring and supporting the Angels Team. Through such endeavours, we foster a sense of empathy, compassion, and social responsibility, ensuring that the memory of those affected by the earthquake disaster lives on, while also promoting a culture of solidarity within our school.

Down Syndrome Awareness Month
During Down Syndrome Awareness Month, our school students prepared a memorable dance performance together with children with Down syndrome. This performance not only raised awareness among the audience but also enhanced our students' empathy skills and provided joyful moments for children with Down syndrome. The on-stage performance was also a reflection of the genuine friendships that were formed.
Respect for the Elderly Week
As part of Respect for the Elderly Week, a group of our year 12 students visited the Lapta Nursing Home, spending time with the elderly residents and engaging in warm conversations. Through this visit, our students touched the lives of the elderly, listened to their life stories, and realized that there is much to learn from their experiences. The visit helped the elderly residents have a happier day.
